Once you and Terryl speak by phone, she will advise you on the phone of the cost of the evaluation, and the level of complexity. Physical Therapy Evaluations have four levels of complexity. The cost varies based on the complexity of your child's needs, and is in line with typical out of network costs for pediatric physical therapy.
